    Yes, we welcome bulk and corporate enquiries — whether for team uniforms, gym merchandise, or gifting. Please contact us directly via our Contact page or email with your requirements and we will put together a custom quote for you.

  1. How do I find the right size for BBEE U activewear?

    We recommend our customers check our size guide before ordering. There is a size guide in every product description. BBEE U activewear is designed to offer a comfortable, supportive fit for all body types. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel or sizing down for a compression fit. Our size guide includes waist, hip, and inseam measurements to help you choose with confidence.

  2. Are your leggings and compression pants true to size?

    Yes, most of our leggings and compression pants run true to size. However, as our fabrics are designed for a second-skin feel, customers with a larger hip-to-waist ratio may prefer to size up. We recommend measuring your hips and referring to our size chart for the most accurate fit.

  3. Are your sports bras suitable for high-impact activities?

    Our sports bras are categorised by impact level — low, medium, and high. Each product page clearly indicates the recommended activity level. For running, HIIT, and other high-impact workouts, look for our high-impact sports bras which offer maximum support and a secure underband fit.

  4. Can I wear BBEE U activewear for both yoga and gym sessions?

    Absolutely. BBEE.U pieces are designed to be versatile — our fabrics offer the stretch needed for yoga and pilates while being durable and sweat-wicking enough for gym use. Our workout sets in particular are a favourite for women who move between different types of training.

  1. What payment methods does BBEE U accept?

    We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking (FPX), and e-wallets such as Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are secured and encrypted for your peace of mind.

  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Due to security reasons, our customer service is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. Our store moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. Our Customer Service Team is not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders. If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note (1 year validity)

  3. How will I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and reference number. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at support@bbeeu.com.

  1. How long does delivery take within Malaysia?

    BBEE.U Team processes your order within 1-3 working days. Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 3–5 business days. For Sabah and Sarawak, please allow 5–8 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. There will be Free Delivery for orders above

  2. Does BBEE.U ship internationally?

    Yes. However, please allow a timeframe of 7-10 business days for your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you have checked out depending on your product and residing country.

  3. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also contact our customer service with your order number for an update. You can also go to my profile and navigate to my orders, you will see all your order history and you will be able to track the progress of your orders there.

    What is BBEE.U’s return and exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 5 working days (Malaysia) and 10 working days (international) from the date you receive your order.

    To be eligible:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact
    • The invoice slip must be included
    • Returns are allowed once per order only

    Non-eligible for return:

    • On sale, discounted, or promotional items (including influencer or special codes)
    • Accessories and selected non-returnable items
    • Innerwear (e.g. sports bras worn without a top)

    Return & Exchange Process:

    • Contact us with your order number to initiate a return
    • Ship the item back to us (buyer bears shipping cost unless item is defective)
    • Once received and approved, we will process within 3–5 working days
    • Approved returns will receive a store credit (no cash refunds) valid for 1 year
    • Defective items will be replaced with a brand new piece

    Fees & Shipping:

    • A processing fee of RM5 (RM10 for Sabah & Sarawak) applies per item
    • Return shipping is borne by the buyer unless the item is defective
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Important notes:

    • Items must not be soaked or mishandled (color run items are not returnable)
    • Product colors may vary slightly (up to 20%) due to lighting
    • Measurements may vary by ±2cm due to fabric stretch
    • Printed designs may differ slightly and are not considered defects
    • Used reward points or discount codes are non-refundable

    What if I received a defective or wrong item?

    We sincerely apologise if this has happened. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item.


    Once verified:

    • We will arrange for the item to be returned to us
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with either:
      • A replacement with a brand new item
      • A store credit note (if replacement is not available)

    Important Notes:

    • Return and exchange shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by BBEE.U in the form of store credit
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
    • Items that do not meet our return conditions will be declined

    How long does a refund take to process?

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

  1. How should I wash and care for my BBEE U activewear?

    To extend the life of your activewear, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cold cycle or hand washing. Avoid fabric softeners as they can break down the technical fibres. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to air dry. Iron is not recommended on performance fabrics.

  2. Are BBEE.U’s fabrics squat-proof and sweat-wicking?

    Yes. Our leggings and compression pants are rigorously tested for this. Our performance fabrics are also moisture-wicking to keep you dry during workouts. Each product listing specifies the fabric technology used so you can shop with confidence.
